Dimapur, Dec. 14 (EMN): Nyana Bhattacharjee and her team conducted a 6-phase meditation programme for the 2nd, 4th, and 6th semester students of MGM College on December 14.
An update from the college informed that the 6-phase meditation, created by Vishen Lakhiani, is one such practice that is more powerful than any meditation. It is not just a meditation but a form of transcendent practice that allows one to go into their mind and optimises the very act of being human. It added that the 6-phase meditation not only relax and rejuvenate the body but helped in the growth of the self and mind.
It mentioned that Nayna is a life coach, who along with her team started the project named “The North Star” through which they have taken the initiative to spread awareness of self development.
During the session, students were introduced to the 6-phase meditation followed with explanation of the 6 phases of the meditation such as compassion, gratefulness, forgiveness, vision for the future, intention for perfect day and blessing.
The session concluded with an interactive session between the instructor and the students. The College’s principal, Fr. Dr. PS Varghese expressed gratitude to the team and further suggested to conduct such programme even in the days to come.
