DIMAPUR — The additional deputy commissioner (ADC) of Medziphema, James Swu, has urged all the heads of offices posted in Medziphema to take it as a privilege and serve the public with diligence.
Speaking at the coordination meeting on Wednesday in his office’s conference hall, Swu reminded all the officers to discharge their duties with sincerity and diligence.
A DIPR report stated that Swu has inquired about the status of PHED, PWD (R&B), and Social Welfare departments, their roles, and their mission in the development of Medziphema sub-division.
The house also deliberated at length and chalked out programmes for the upcoming Independence Day celebration.
It stated that the ADC has assigned various tasks to all the departments for the upcoming Independence Day celebration and directed all the officers to hoist the national flag in all the offices on August 15.
Besides, the ADC has requested all the officers in the sub-division to participate in the Independence Day programme.
The ADC further informed all the members that a mass social work would be conducted and requested everyone to participate in the social work.
