Manipur Olympics: Senapati district wins 17 medals so far

Imphal, Aug. 30 (EMN): Senapati district added four more medals, including two gold and two silver on Tuesday, taking its tally in the ongoing Manipur Olympics to 18 medals so far.

On Tuesday, Senapati district basketball women’s team won gold and Athiphro Genevieve won gold in women’s boxing 54 kg category.

Adding more to the tally, Veronica Inka and Charaine won bronze in women’s badminton doubles, while L Shepou bagged bronze in 110m hurdles.

Senapati Medal Tally as on August 30:

  2. Silver – 4
  3. Bronze – 8
