Kohima Village Students’ Union celebrates Children’s Day

DIMAPUR — The Kohima Village Students’ Union (KVSU) hosted its second Combined Children’s Day celebration, attended by approximately 150 Night School students.

On the occasion, outstanding students were recognised for their dedication and hard work, stated an update.

The best student awards conferred on the occasion were presented to Petekhrietuo Sachü (DSU), Keneisanuo Mere (PSU), Ketoukhrienuo Solo (TSU), and Kevisenuo Alina (LSU). Each student received an examination kit.

During the event, a five-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) between KVSU and Vikuonuo Sachü was signed, under which Sachü pledged to sponsor four students from each unit. Sachü was also honoured with a certificate of appreciation.
