Khehoi camp vouching for RAW’s mole is unprecedented

The Khehoi camp’s ultimatum to Lt.Gen.Niki Sumi to hand over Mulatonu’s Bull Dozer within 15 days or face confiscation of house at Padam Pukhri, Dimapur is a complete deviation from the core- contention. First and foremost, I only acted upon in the capacity as Military Supervisor, Nagaland NSCN/GPRN and therefore implicating me and my family should not arise.
Similarly, the issue is about Mulatonu’s defection to Khehoi Camp with huge quantities of weapons and ammunition belonging to NSCN/GPRN and consequent seizure of his Bull Dozer until recovery of NSCN/GPRN’s properties, confiscation of my house therefore is irrelevant.
The sequence of events spanning over a decade and half with regards to Mulatonu’s demonic manifestation amongst Naga families and his espionages against NSCN/GPRN finally culminated into recent episode. The Khehoi camp and Kitovi Zhimomi may therefore be asked to clarify if knowingly, the entire camp is providing backing to Mulatonu.
Few instances of Mulatonu’s evil course of action that ignited killings on tribal lines and divisions within the Naga family as well within the NSCN/GPRN are hereby being provided for ready references. Way back in 1990’s while Mulatonu was attached as aide to late Dally Mungro, Ato Kilonser, NSCN/GPRN who was assassinated the very night Mulatonu vanished without trace from Jotsama where killing of late Mungro and late.Kilonser Zhekhevi took place, Mulatonu later on commented that late.Mungro’s assassination has been aided by India and was necessitated because of Mungro’s dealing with ISI of Pakistan. Mulatonu’s active nexus with RAW and IB became apparent since then.
Mean while, Mulatonu in order to incite fraternal killings and destroy Naga political and social fabric, without the consent or consultation of SS.Khaplang or NSCN/GPRN collectively, personally started anti-Tangkhul campaign, orchestrated in his own effort the killings of Tangkhul missionaries in the Church yard in Kohima during the same intervening period.
With situation spiralling out of control as designed by Mulatonu, SS.Khaplang, who advocated for every tribal representation and participation in the NSCN/GPRN was forced to send home, CCM Nikhai Tangkhul, then Tangkhul Region Chairman and dozens of Tangkhul workers stationed with him in the Council HQ and Tangkhul Region of NSCN/GPRN.
Mulatonu then confronted late Maj.Nivito and former Kilonser Nihoto Chishi then UT-1 authority for latter’s refusal to carry out his instruction to massacre Tangkhul citizens settled in Vihokhu village under Kuhuboto, Dimapur. However, as desired, Mulatonu successfully eliminated all the Tangkhul families in Vihokhu during unification period. He even made phone calls to me from the residence of late.Hovikhe Zhimomi, Hd.GB of Vihokhu regarding the massacre of Tangkhuls and in confirmed presence of demised GB. The lands of the massacred Tangkhul families of Vihokhu village were then disposed off by Mulatonu personally.
After the assassination of Mungro, Mulatonu shifted his focus on Kilonser Zulolie Angami, a prominent and senior member of NSCN/GPRN, Kilonser Joseph, Kilonser Tongmeth Konyak etc and gradually Kilonser Zulolie, Joseph and Tongmeth were made to exit from NSCN forcefully.
Mulatonu also demanded resignation of Kilonser Azheto, Kilonser Jack Zhimomi etc from unification and started smear campaign against his brother-in-law Kitovi Zhimomi. Such divisive policies and evil incarnation in the NSCN/GPRN in the form of Mulatonu resulted in the split of NSCN/GPRN and consequent failure of unification.
After the split, he continued in the NSCN/GPRN under SS.Khaplang’s leadership, and yet true to his colour, he again started to misguide SS.Khaplang and started spreading rumours that Lt.Gen.Niki, Kilonser Hokato and Kilonser Wanting Naga has plans to defect to various groups and asked the President to expel them. Also, as recent as his desertion, Mulatonu attempted to persuade Kilonser Wanting and Kilonser Yanhong Pangmei to ask the President to force dis-charge Lt.Gen.Niki Sumi and simultaneously asked Lt.Gen.Niki Sumi to dismiss Col.Isak Sumi too.
Such is the monster we are dealing here with, for every actions of Mulatonu speaks in volume, to create havocs and destructions of Naga National struggle at the behest of RAW and IB, the Khehoi camp may therefore exercise wisdom before plunging fully head long into unnecessary crisis being happily orchestrated by Mulatonu lest the unprecedented consequences assumes ugly counter productivity.
The recent seizure of Mulatonu’s Bull Dozer by NSCN/GPRN has been preceded by Mulatonu’s embezzlement of NSCN/GPRN’s funds and resources in monstrous proportions. He served as NSCN/GPRN’s Finance Kilonser for 9-10 years and not once has financial accounts submitted in black and white or his records allowed to be audited.
Even during unification period, Mulatonu was paid Rupees two crores in cash(Rs.20000000) for procurement of Arms, but not a single empty case were forth coming, the funds were raised by committee members headed by Nitovi and Hokato both presently Kilonsers in Khehoi. All the while, Mulatonu simply maintained that he has stock piled 30-40, AK’s, HK’s, lakhs of ammunitions etc somewhere in secure area and when the factional clashes between IM and NSCN broke out, he simply vanished from the scene.
It is for the understanding of the entire Nagas and the world that, the present so called GPRN/NSCN camped in Khehoi still enjoys cease-fire dispensations granted to NSCN/GPRN headed by SS.Khaplang by GOI. Every breath of air they take and voice they try to speak comes from NSCN/GPRN and nothing belongs to them in reality. Every single weapon they carry and every single bullet they fire comes from SS.Khaplang. The 7th.Bn.of NSCN/GPRN, People’s Army has been in existence decades back before the formation of Khehoi Camp as recent as 2011, therefore the unfounded allegation that Lt.Gen.Niki Sumi has taken away weapons of 7 Bn. never arises and the contention is simply illogical and childish.
