Induction programme for new govt employees commences in Dimapur

Dimapur, March 17 (EMN): Ten-day training for the newly recruited group B and C of state government employees is underway at circuit house, Dimapur under the theme “Excellence through learning”. Thirty two trainees from six departments are participating in the program.Motivational talk, leadership and team building, e-governance and ICT, managing conflicts, qualities of an excellent employee, time management, stress management and Swachh Bharat were the topic discussed by the resource persons from district TOTs.
Swachh Bharat initiated by Albert Ezung, SDO (Civil) and James Swu, SDO (civil) Dimapur, along with the trainees was conducted on March 16, at DC’s residence as practical exercise.
