Government to provide super speciality clinical services
DIMAPUR — The Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) has informed that Nagaland government, in collaboration with Amrita Hospital, would provide super speciality clinical services at Naga Hospital Kohima (teaching hospital of NIMSR Kohima) from November 13 in the field of cardiology, nephrology, oncology, hepatology and endocrinology.
It informed that services on cardiology and nephrology would available on every second Wednesday of the month, while oncology, hepatology and endocrinology would be available on every third Wednesday of the month.
It informed that only nephrology and oncology services would available for consultation on November 13.
In addition, continuing medical education (CME) session would also be conducted by the Amrita Hospital for the local doctors and to facilitate upskilling of the local doctors. Besides, observership programmes would also be provided with prior approval from the government of Nagaland.
Public are informed to avail the specialized services on the days mention above.
