Free mobile phone hardware technician training in Kohima
DIMAPUR — The Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports (DYRS) has announced a free training course for aspiring mobile phone hardware technicians under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0.
The initiative, fully sponsored by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, aims to enhance employability and skill development among youth, according to a report from the DIPR.
The training course will span 75 days, with six hours of instruction per day. It is scheduled to begin on July 10 at the Indira Gandhi Stadium (IGS) in Kohima. Eligible candidates aged between 15 and 45 who have passed Class 8 are invited to apply.
The number of seats is 100, and enrollment will be done on a first come, first served basis. Free transportation from High School Junction to IGS will be provided, and the deadline for submission is June 28.
The documents required to enrol in the course include educational qualifications, two copies of the Aadhaar card, and two passport-size photos.
