Faith in Action Taekwondo Academy conducts belt promotion test

Dimapur: Faith in Action (FIA) Taekwondo Academy conducted its first phase of colour belt taekwondo promotion test on May 6 at the academy’s headquarter at Immanuel Hall, Y Zhimo Colony, Dimapur.

A total of 92 taekwondo players from Westside School and Christian Hr. Sec. School and FIA academy appeared the belt promotion test, an update stated.

Tinoto Swu, Anshuman Adhikari, Roshaun Aziuth Mepfhuo of FIA academy and Atobo Awomi, Seyiekhrietuo Krditsu and Caleb Shahkai of Westside School, received double promotion for excellence in overall taekwondo techniques during the test.

In the second phase, taekwondo players from Little Star Hr. Sec. School, Grace Academy, Pranabananda Women’s College, Little Angels School and Manic Taekwondo Academy, will appear their colour belt promotion test at Grace Academy, GC Paira Colony, Burma Camp, Dimapur, on May 13.

In the third phase, senior taekwondo players and black belt holders will appear their higher Dan promotion test on May 27h at Faith in Action Taekwondo Headquarter, Y Zhimo Colony, Dimapur, it stated.
