Dimapur, Oct. 3 (EMN): Distribution of draft publication of electoral roll for Mon district was held on October 3 at DC’s conference hall for nine constituencies namely 41-Tizit A/C, 42-Wakching A/C, 43-Tapi A/C, 44-Phomching A/C, 45-Tehok A/C, 46-Mon Town A/C, 47-Aboi A/C, 48-Moka A/C and 55-Tobu A/C.
ADC and ERO Mon, P Mono, stated that the electoral roll has been prepared and made available for inspection during the office hours at his office and all the administrative headquarters.
The notification further stated that for any inclusion of new or deletion of dead and shifting voters or correction to particulars entries or shifting from one place to another within the same assembly constituency in the electoral roll, the same should be lodged from October 3 to 31 in Form 6,7,8, 8A as may be appropriate.
ADC, Mon, Shanavas C, handed over the electoral roll to different political parties under Mon division including NPF, BJP and INC.
