Assam and Nagaland by position is located in the disputed areas which has witnessed many clashes among the people of these two states and because of this concern, the student bodies of Assam and Nagaland have formed a Joint Action Committee to address the problems in several areas of Assam and Nagaland which includes Sibsagar and Tizit of Mon district.
