DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Tseminyu, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, has, in an official notification, announced the issuance of patta pass-books to all allottees, whether they are government entities or private individuals and organisations.
This is in accordance with the notifications from the Land Revenue department, for efficient management and maintenance of government land holdings by various government departments as well as private individuals within the cadastral areas of Tseminyu town, an official update stated.
This issuance will be facilitated upon the submission of the existing allotment order.
Government departments operating within the district, which possess physical structures located on allotted government land, and private individuals who have been granted land allotments, are required to submit their applications, allotment orders and supporting documents to the deputy commissioner’s office with immediate effect.
The DC further reminded that the patta pass-books will be issued only after a thorough physical verification of the site by technical personnel from the Land Record and Survey office, in coordination with the District administration of Tseminyu.
