DC Mokokchung informs on training schedule for polling personnel

MOKOKCHUNG — In preparation for the general election to the 18th Lok Sabha, deputy commissioner (DC) and district election officer (DEO) Mokokcung has informed that the first-phase training for all polling personnel and grade-IV and MTS is scheduled for March 27 and 28.

On March 27, training for presiding officers and first polling officers (female) will commence at 9:30 am, followed by training for presiding officers and first polling officers (male) starting at 12 pm at Mayangnokcha GHSS, Mokokchung.

On March 28, the training for the second and third polling officers (both male and female) will take place at Mayangnokcha GHSS, Mokokchung, starting at 10 am. Additionally, the training for grade IV and MTS will commence at 12 pm at Town Hall, Mokokchung.

All polling personnel and grade-IV and MTS have been informed to submit a photocopy of their EPIC card/service ID card and two passport-size photographs during the training to avail themselves of the election duty certificate and election duty ID card.

Further, all the concerned department nodal officers have been directed to inform all requisitioned officials and grade IV and MTS of their respective departments.
