Kohima, July 14 (EMN): Cocoberry, India’s top frozen yogurt brand, opened its first outlet in Kohima at Old NST area on Thursday. With two stores of Cocoberry already operating successfully in Dimapur, the third outlet in Nagaland was opened in the state capital, Kohima.
The associate pastor of Union Baptist Church (UBC), Kohima, Visato Yhoshu, dedicated and prayed for the newly opened outlet.
‘Since it is getting really hot in Kohima, we thought we would open one here in Kohima,’ said Kenei Mezhur Sekhose, owner of Cocoberry outlet in Kohima.
He stated that frozen yogurt is a much healthier alternative because it is made from milk-based product (dahi). He added that some flavours are made by the company and have minimal sugar.
“Our most popular flavour is blueberry. The other flavours included strawberry, green apple, mango etc. New flavours, which are in the making by the company, will be added very soon. For toppings, there are fresh fruits, nuts, chocolate, syrups, sprinkles etc. For a healthier version, the outlet also offers smoothies and parfait, which can be taken as a breakfast item,” he informed.
“It is pretty affordable with the price starting from INR 99 for the small size. It’s quite a fun product and suitable for kids and much older adults because it is a healthy product,” the proprietor added.
A total of three trained staff are manning the outlet.
