The general secretary of Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC), Rev. Seksim Kasar, has appreciated the leaders of WC-NNPGs for the prompt response and for imbibing the “transparency” rule
DIMAPUR — The general secretary of Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC), Rev. Seksim Kasar, has appreciated the leaders of WC-NNPGs for the prompt response to his press note and expressed hope that the interaction would usher in a way to bring them together closer than ever before.
Having pointed out both the positive and negative aspects of his statement, Rev. Kasar wished that to be the stepping stones for understanding each other. The Reverend added that he was humbled by the use of terminology “senior Naga national workers and father figure” saying that at the end of the day one is bound to live out and prove oneself.
He has also appreciated WC-NNPGs for imbibing the “transparency” rule, which according to him is an inherent characteristic of a civilised society. Besides, he has thanked them for re-assuring that they are not the “foot soldiers of the Indian agencies.” He wished that their action would speak louder than words.
“It is true we have hurt each other on account of exchanging unsavory words. Nevertheless, let us take it on the positive aspects. For we are not going to live the past but the future. May I pray, let us live one day at a time as we roll on the wheels of time together,” Rev. Kasar said.
