Dimapur, Aug. 31 (EMN): Christian Forum Dimapur (CFD), during its general body meeting held on August 30 at Bethesda Welfare Centre, has installed new team of office bearers for the tenure 2022-2025.
The new team would be led by Rev. Moses as chairman, Rev, Vitoshe as vice chairman, Dr. Fr. CP Anto as secretary, Rev. Dr. W Lohe as joint secretary, Nini Sekhose as treasure, Rev. Tenga Seb and Arenla Imsong as publicity and information secretaries.
An update from CFD stated that its secretary, Dr. Fr. CP Anto has presented on the major activities carried out by the forum in the last three years. Some of the activities included inter-denominational prayer meet on the first Tuesday of every month in different churches, various webinars and seminars to enhance leadership and spiritual life, raised funds amounting to INR 5 lakh during the COVID pandemic and distributed rations to the needy people.
Besides, CDF also conducted service such as counseling and reaching out to patients in hospitals, inter-faith meet to strengthen unity among religions, enhanced relationships with people and organisations.
The finance secretary presented brief report on the upcoming event to be held from January 24 to the 26th in 2023.
The newly elected members were blessed by Rev. Dr. Tsudir and final prayer of blessing was said by Rev. Dr. Ariba.
