Career guidance for unemployed youth held in Zunheboto

DIMAPUR — Emporium Training and Consultancy Private Limited, in collaboration with district administration, district hub for empowerment of women (DHEW) and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), conducted a one-day emporium linked career guidance seminar for the unemployed youth at multipurpose hall in Zunheboto town on September 14.

Speaking at the programme, the deputy commissioner of Zunheboto, Rahul Bhanudas Mali, advised the youth to not only focus on government jobs but take various trainings and make themselves well-equipped and be self reliant. He also thanked the resource persons for taking out their time to train the unemployed youths of Zunheboto district, stated a DIPR report.

It stated that resource persons from the Emporium explained to the unemployed youth on how to avail various trainings, equip themselves to work in different places or in different professions. They also explained to the gathering on how one must be at their best all the time so as to compete in the modern competitive world.

Gihuka K Jimo, president of Zunheboto Range Students’ Union (ZRSU), delivered the vote of thanks.

Meanwhile, the deputy commissioner and district election officer of Zunheboto has directed all the vehicle owners/ drivers whose vehicles were requisitioned from Dimapur for polling duties in Zunheboto during the recently concluded Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 to claim the hiring charges from the office of the deputy commissioner of Dimapur (Election branch) starting from September 18 to the 20 during the office hours.

They are also informed to produce their vehicle requisition order and duty slips without which it stated that no payment would be made.
