They informed that on August 12, the BJP Nagaland will distribute India flags to all the district presidents, district morcha presidents and mandal presidents in the presence of national secretary, Anil K Antony, who is also the BJP in-charge of Nagaland and Meghalaya.

On August 13, a bike rally would be organised all over the state. The bike rally in Dimapur would be flagged-off by Anil K Antony.

On August 14, a cleanliness drive will be conducted in Dimapur from 6 am. Simultaneously, a tribute to the war heroes and freedom fighters would be held in Kohima. The officials informed that a short programme would be held at the graveyard of late Captain Neikezhakuo Kengurüse, which would be led by BJP Kohima district.

On August 15, BJP Nagaland would conduct tricolours hoisting in all homes and business establishments. The party would also organise a food drive under the banner “feed the needy” at Dimapur railway station in the evening.

The officials informed that ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to mark the 78th Independence Day.
