BJP Minority Morcha holds meeting, discusses upcoming plans
DIMAPUR — A state executive meeting of the BJP Minority Morcha was held on Sunday in Dimapur to discuss the upcoming programmes of the morcha and review the morcha’s activities.
The meeting was chaired by the morcha’s president, Deep Kumar.
According to a press release, the morcha’s general secretary, Brij Kishore Rai, presented a report on the morcha’s activities at the state and district levels, and media cell in charge Pradip Kumar Jain gave a report on the recently organised national level social media workshop and informed members about the Modi government’s various welfare schemes.
The morcha decided to organise a Teachers’ Day programme on September 5 at the Rotary Club, Dimapur, and chalked out a ‘contact the beneficiary’ programme to meet with beneficiaries of different schemes during Modi’s nine-year tenure.
On the occasion, the members also felicitated Kumar on the success of his team, ‘Faith in Action,’ in breaking the world record for the highest assisted kick and having its name entered into the Guinness Book of World Records.
Kumar is the chief mentor and coach of Faith in Action.
