18-year-old student of St.John College Avi (middle) emerged triumphantly as the Miss Dimapur 2015 amongst the finalists in a glittering ceremony at Dimapur District Sports Complex (DDSC) Stadium today. Avi who believes in creating awareness and emotional suppport to people living with HIV/AIDS won the hearts of the crowd and the judges that led her to win the coveted title Miss Dimapur. Jenny (right) was crowned 1st runners-up and Nuhulu (left) as 2nd runners-up. The 25th edition of Miss Dimapur 2015 saw Additional Commissioner of Dimapur Elizabeth Ngully, Fashion designer Nandini Baruva, General Manager, Indigo Airline Tanuja Bhagat and Former Major Mohommed Ali Shah as judges in the panel. The show was hosted by Mhonjhan Lotha. The sub title winners are: Miss Catwalk- Kenei, Miss Perfect Ten- Alica Zhimomi, Miss Photogenic- Sechonla, Miss Popular- Malti Chetri, Miss Fresh Face- Nuhulu, Ethnic Wear- Allen Phom, Miss Entrepreneur- Avi, Ambassador of National Health Mission- Avi, Ambassador NSACS- Jenny, Miss Photogenic- Sechamla.
