Assam Rifles organises ‘A day with company commander

DIMAPUR — Assam Rifles organised ‘A day with company commander’ at Nihokhu in Chümoukedima district on October 21.

A total of 95 students and teachers from Govt. High School, Kuhuboto, attended the event, which aimed to create a feeling of oneness and provide insight into the Army way of life, motivating children to join the Indian Armed Forces, stated a press release.

The daylong event featured interactions with officials of Assam Rifles, and the children participated in interactive games. The students were also shown documentaries and films on Assam Rifles to provide them with greater insight into the force.
