APC inspects NEC projects in Mopungchuket

Mokokchung, Sep. 16 (EMN): A team headed by Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC), Y Kikheto Sema, who is on a state-wide tour to inspect and monitor the various ongoing projects under NEC, visited Mopungchuket village in Mokokchung district on September 16.

The team also visited the Fire and Emergency Service at Merepkiyong village and the construction of Government Higher Secondary School and hostel building at Sungratsu village in Mokokchung district. The team also visited the construction of Khumbanistatium at Mangkolemba and also paid a visit to a coffee plantation at Khar village.

During an interaction session, the APC called upon the contractors to complete the project as soon as possible for the benefit of the public. He also expressed his satisfaction on seeing the progress of the work.

The commissioner was accompanied by Hotovi Ayemi, chief engineer of Water Resources; Hozheto, SE PWD (R&B); Neigutole Zhasa, assistant development commissioner; and Benri Mozhui, executive officer, NSAMB.

The team had toured Zunheboto district on September 14 and 15. The team would leave for Longleng district on September 17 and return to Kohima on September 19 next.
