All Black Club blank ZVFC 8-0 to lift Autumn Cup

DIMAPUR — All Black Club, Kohima, blanked Zeliangrong Village FC (ZVFC) 8-0 to lift the Autumn Cup 2023 championship in the final played at Medziphema local ground on Friday.

From the first whistle till the final, All Black Club (ABC) completely dominated the game in all aspects.

Kekhriesetuo of ABC scored a hat trick in the 28th, 35th and 70th minutes.

His team mates Visakholie, Atun, Lipok and Renbemo scored a goal each in the 13th, 22nd, 29th and 59th minutes. The woes of the ZVFC was made worse by an own goal in the 54th minute.

Earlier in the day, the guest of honour Qhetovi Assumi, encouraged the player to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and be an example in all fields of life.

Individual prizes: Best goal keeper – Jaimeren (ZVFC), best defender – Changki (ZVFC), best midfielder – Rohit Khemprai (Natak FC), top scorer – Kekhriesituo (All Black Club), oldest player ¬- Lima (ZV FC) and player of the tournament – Vekuzo (All Black Club).
