Dimapur, June 22 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS, has informed that the Aadhaar enrolment and capturing day for specially abled people will be held on July 7, at the DC office, Kohima.
As per the requirement of Unique Authority of India (UIDAI) Government of India, a copy of any 2 (two) of the following document are required to be produced and submit at the time of capturing of biometric details.
Following identity proof will be required for enrolment: passport, PAN Card, Ration / PDS photo Card, Voter ID / Date of Birth, Driving License, Government photo ID cards/ service photo identity card issued by PSU, NREGS job card, photo ID issued by recognized educational institution, pensioner photo card and ST and indigenous certificate.
