DIMAPUR — Spearhead Motorsport Initiative will be hosting the sixth edition of Throttle Thrust VI at Mangmetong village in Mokokchung on November 1 and 2.
A press release informed that the event will include races across three competitive categories: Open, below 1300, and SUV.
“On Day 1, racers will test their speed and skill on a 3-kilometer tarmac track (Wet/Dry). On Day 2, they will face the challenges of a 3-kilometer gravel and dirt track (Wet/Dry),” in informed.
In the open category, the prize for first place will be INR 70,000, INR 40,000 for 2nd place, INR 30,000 for 3rd place, and INR 10,000 for 4th place.
In below 1300 category, the first place winner will get INR 50,000, INR 30,000 for 2nd place, and INR 20,000 for 3rd place. In SUV category, INR 50,000 for 1st place, INR 30,000 for 2nd place, and INR 20,000 for 3rd place.
To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Spearhead Motorsport Initiative, a special cash prize will be awarded to the team with the most participants. Additionally, an individual award for the fastest timing on both days will be up for grabs.
