DIMAPUR — The United Sangtam Likhüm Pümji (USLP) has vehemently condemned the brutal murder of ABC Soyimumba Ao, a police personnel of DEF Tuensang, allegedly by five accused persons.
“At such a time where every corner of the society yearns for peace and stability to bring about a life of dignity and the shared purpose of peaceful coexistence and respectful relationship, such inhumane and barbaric act is intolerable and should be condemned outrightly by all right-thinking citizens,” USLP said.
USLP also acknowledged the sincere and relentless efforts made by the officers and security personnel of DEF Tuensang for cracking such a clueless case and apprehending the perpetrators. It also appealed to the law enforcing agencies to punish the accused persons befittingly according to the law of land saying that such inhuman perpetrators have no place to live in a civilised society.
Meanwhile, USLP has expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members of ABC Soyimkumba Ao and prayed for peace of the departed soul.
