Gorkha Baptist Church Thahekhu hosts combined youth fellowship

DIMAPUR — Gorkha Baptist Church Thahekhu (GBCT) hosted a combined youth fellowship on the theme ‘Together in purpose’ (Philippians 2:2) on September 29. According to a press release, the event was held with an aim to strengthen bonds among Gorkha/Nepali churches and foster unity and spiritual growth among the youth. 

The programme commenced with a praise worship led by Nepali Baptist Church, Walford and Kamal Sharma, youth pastor of Dimapur Town Nepali Baptist Church, Duncan, invoked God’s blessings.

Atula Limbu, counsellor at Sub Jail Dimapur, delivered a message, inspiring youths to work hard, pursue their dreams and trust in God’s plans.

The event showcased captivating cultural gospel dance performances and special numbers by different Gorkha Baptist churches, it stated.

The programme was chaired by Sanu Thapa.
