Kiphire Congress holds meeting, welcomes members

KIPHIRE — The Kiphire District Congress Committee (DCC) held a general meeting on Saturday at the residence of its president, attended by all DCC officials, organisational bodies, frontal wings, and Area Congress Committee (ACC) members.

At the meeting, the DCC president welcomed the new members who joined the party and assured them of working together to strengthen the Indian National Congress (INC), stating that it is a party that stands firmly for secularism and the inclusive growth of all sections of society.

He expressed confidence that their collective efforts would advance the cause of a united and secular India.

During the meeting, the members resolved to fill all vacant positions within the DCC organisation, frontal wings, and expedite the formation of area Congress committees and village Congress committees to ensure a better organisational structure.

Additionally, emphasis was placed on launching the digital membership drive at full scale to increase party membership and engagement across the district.
