DIMAPUR — The office of the district education officer (DEO), Kiphire, organised a district-level Science Fair 2024 at Government Higher Secondary School in Kiphire town on September 14 with the senior SDEO of Kiphire, Rentsamo Kikon, as the special guest.
A DIPR report stated that Seropila from Cambridge High School won the first position in Science seminar, while Muirila Jingru from Loyola Higher Secondary School and Eviren T Easter from El Beth School secured the second and third positions respectively.
In the Science exhibition (individual category) Litila A Jingru from Saramati View Modern School Kiphire won the first prize, while Litila S Sangtam from Agape Higher Secondary School won the second prize.
In the Science exhibition (group category), Hetiba T Sangtam and Thsaatangpa from Loyola Higher Secondary School won the first prize, while Tsutanshi TL and Devetsu from Cambridge High School won the second prize.
It mentioned that the first winners of the three categories would represent the district at the state level Science Fair 2024.
