DIMAPUR — The Kiphire District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting for the month of September was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Temsuwati Longkumer at DPDB hall, Kiphire on Thursday.
In his address, the DC highlighted about the proposed visit of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to the district in the month of October, where she will also be visiting Pungro and adjacent areas.
ADC Kiphire, Longdiba L Sangtam presented the departmental wise work distribution and preparation for the visit of the Finance minister and opening of exhibition stalls by various NGOs and SHGs.

Sukanya, MGn fellow, Kiphire, highlighted works under Aspirational Block to be carried out in the rural areas of the district. SDEO, Kiphire also spoke in the meeting.
In his concluding remarks, the DC reminded all the DPDB members to be at the station, especially during the visit of the Finance minister.
