DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has notified all registered heads of institutions that the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS) has launched the CITY BARN (Catch Them Young – Be Aware, Reach on Time, No to Unsafe Sex Behaviour) health centres in Kohima, Dimapur, Wokha, and Tuensang.
The services available at the health centre are specifically targeted at young people under the age of 24 who are concerned about their health and need information regarding their wellbeing, according to a DIPR report.
The services provided include counselling, an in-house help desk facility, access to an anonymous QA facility, as well as linkages and referrals.

In Kohima, it is situated at Tinpati, High School Road (contact number: 7005493610). In Dimapur, the centre is located at Super Market, near the ANTA office (contact number: 8731831316).
In Wokha, it can be found at Tsumang Colony, main town (contact number: 8730995989). In Tuensang, it is at High School ‘A’ Ward, below Akum Imlong School, GHSS Road (contact number: 7085633323).
Heads of institutions have been requested to disseminate the information to teachers and students to avail the facilities available for students in need of health care, both physical and mental.
