DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS), Department of Health and Family Welfare, has urged all empanelled hospitals under the AB PM-JAY and CMHIS schemes to review their practices and ensure full compliance with the guidelines as per the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed during their empanelment.

In a press release, the NHPS said that some Empanelled Health Care Providers (EHCPs) under the AB PM-JAY and CMHIS schemes are not following the established guidelines and terms of the MoU.

“This non-compliance has caused significant inconvenience and distress to our beneficiaries, which is a serious concern,” it stated.

“To address this issue, NHPS has issued an advisory note to all empanelled hospitals inside and outside the state, reiterating the National Health Authority (NHA) guidelines and outlining the actions to be taken against non-compliance. Our commitment is to address these violations and ensure that all beneficiaries receive assured quality of care as per the scheme guidelines,” the society informed.

Urging all empanelled hospitals to review their practices and ensure full compliance with the guidelines and agreements, the NHPS further informed that in case of any query or clarification regarding the guidelines, the NHPS team can be contacted through helpline numbers 8880515011, 8880515012, 8880515013, or 8880515014.
