DIMAPUR — Advisor for Social Welfare, Wangpang Konyak, conducted a review of the implementation of schemes under the Social Welfare department in Mon district.
According to an update, on the occasion, he interacted with the officers and staff of the Social Welfare Department, encouraging them to work hard and dedicate themselves to achieving better results.
Unlike in the past, the department’s performance is now reflected in dashboards. Therefore, every effort needs to be directed towards uploading details and performance on the dashboards, he said.
He also visited the Anganwadi centre under the Mon and Aboi ICDS Project, interacting with the Anganwadi workers and gaining firsthand information on how the programmes are being implemented at the grassroots level. Additionally, he interacted with the beneficiaries.
