Kiphire District Cricket Association announces tournament for Under-23 Boys.

DIMAPUR — In an attempt to identify cricket talents from the district, the Kiphire District Cricket Association (KDCA) is organising a tournament under aegis of Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) for Under-23 Boys.

The inter-Kiphire district cricket tournament themed “United Colours of Us” will be held at Kiphire HQ starting from May 21, informed an update from KDCA.

In this regard, the organisers have asked interested clubs under Kiphire district to register for the tournament.

It further informed that the Association Selection Board will initiate selection for Under-19 and accommodation in the senior team through this tournament.

Akheto Sangtam, Executive Chairman of United Sangtam Students’ Conference, will attend the inaugural programme of the tournament, while Temong Tikhir, president of Tikhir Students’ Union will attend the closing ceremony.
