Body and soul transformation men’s camp held in Kiphire
DIMAPUR — The “Body and soul transformation men’s camp,” hosted by the Yahweh Empower Stature (YES) Trustee Board, saw 367 attendees from different villages in Kiphire district.
Held from April 25 to the 28th at the under-construction JNV School site along the Zungki riverbank on Gorro Road, towards Pungro, the event aimed to foster spiritual enlightenment and enhance farmers’ engagement with government development initiatives, according to a press release.
Initiated by S Kiusumew Yimchunger, Advisor Forests and Environment, Horticulture and Border Roads, Resettlement and Rehabilitation, the camp was a collaborative effort with the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Nagaland, the District Agricultural department, and YES Agro Park, Kohima.
The YES Trustee Board’s founder president, Vibelietuo Kets, who serves as a special assistant to the Chief Minister of Nagaland, along with various resource persons, including Dr. Vizokhoyi Yhome, SDAO; Ado Kezo, chairman of Beautiful Feet Ministries; Rev. Kevilelie Solo, founder and director of U-Turn Ministry in Dimapur; and Rev. Z David Koza, executive secretary of the Council of Chakhesang Christian Revival Churches, participated in the programme.
The programme included spiritual awakening sessions, farmer programmes, and medical care. The Medical department provided free inspections and medication, as well as registered and distributed CMHIS cards among the attendees.
The medical team was led by Dr. Sikukhiumew Torechu, medical officer, Pungro.
