Alempang Fitness Centre inaugurated in Mokokchung

MOKOKCHUNG — The Alempang Fitness Centre, constructed as part of the Iconic Project 2023–24 at Alempang ward, Mokokchung, was inaugurated on Monday by Lemsashi Ozukum, the chairman of the Alempang Ward Authority.

The initiative, spearheaded by Tongpang Ozukum, Advisor for Water Resources, aims to enhance the well-being of the people and promote active lifestyles, stated an official from the 24 Angetyongpang A/C, NDPP Alempang Unit, during the programme.

During the event, to ensure efficient management and proper utilisation of the facility, ownership of the fitness centre was transferred to the Alempang Youth Association.
