Northeast Frontier Railway announces 3 more special trains

DIMAPUR — The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has announced that it has decided to run more one-way special trains for the benefit of the passengers, between New Jalpaiguri – Delhi Jn., Dibrugarh – Vadodara Jn. and Rangapara North –Secunderabad railway stations.

According to an update from NFR, a one-way special Train No. 05799 (New Jalpaiguri – Delhi Jn.) will depart from New Jalpaiguri at 1:40 pm on December 15 (Friday) and reach Delhi Jn. at 3:30 pm the next day, running via Kishanganj, Katihar Jn., Barauni Jn., Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Jn., Prayagraj Chheoki, etc.

Another one-way special Train No. 05936 (Dibrugarh – Vadodara Jn.) will depart from Dibrugarh at 5 am on December 16 (Saturday) and reach Vadodara Jn. at 1:30 pm on December, 18 (Monday), running via North Lakhimpur, Rangapara North, New Misamari, Rangiya, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri Jn., Barsoi Jn., Katihar, Barauni Jn., Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Ujjain Jn. etc.

It went on to inform that one more one-way special Train No. 02605 (Rangapara North – Secunderabad) will depart from Rangapara North at 6 pm on December 17 (Sunday) and reach Secunderabad at 4:30 pm on December 19 (Tuesday). The special train will run via Udalguri, Rangiya Jn., New Bongaigaon, New Coochbehar, New Jalpaiguri Jn., Malda Town, Kharagpur Jn., Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, Vijaywada Jn. etc., it added.

“Wait-listed passengers of other trains travelling in these routes can avail the opportunity to travel with comfort. The details of these special trains are being notified on social media platforms of N. F. Railway. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey,” read the press release.
