KOHIMA — Khuzama Youth Organisation (KYO) and F4C Academy on Monday won their respective matches to advance to the next stage of the ongoing NSF Martyrs Memorial Trophy played at IG Stadium, Kohima.

In the first match, Khuzama Youth Organisation beat Sepfü FC 2-0. After a goalless first half, the first goal for KYO was scored by Zevito Khizo (7) in the 61st minute.

Later, Vilhuvoto Sale (12) added another goal in the 75th minute to prove their dominance over Sepfü FC. With the win, KYO will now face End of Era in the next match.

Zevito Khizo was awarded the man of the match, which presented by Kelhouneizo Andrew Yhome, former ASU president.

In the second match, F4C Academy thrashed Kigwema Students’ Union 4-0.

Lungin Lhouvum (9) found the net early in the 9th minute and the score remained 1-0 in favour of F4C till the first half.

After the breather, Kishore Tiwari(7) scored in the 59th minute and Kamgouha (11) scored a brace in the 77th and 80th minutes to seal the fate of their rivals.

Ngamminlem Khonsai (13) of F4C Academy was awarded man of the match, which was presented by Voto Neikha, former ASU president and the incumbent ASU tribunal.
