DIMAPUR — Chinithung Ovung, EAC Shamator, inaugurated Shamator’s St. Xavier Higher Secondary School footpath on August 12.
During the inauguration, Chinuthung said that the people of the area are blessed to have the school, claiming that it facilitates not only the human development process and activity but that its infrastructural development also helps the students do better in their studies.
He thanked the parents for their cooperation in times of need and urged the parents to continue cooperating with the school authority for the smooth operation of the institution. He also encouraged the students to be grateful for the opportunity provided by the school.
According to a press release, in his speech, the EAC lauded the principal and management for making it easy for students to access education.
After the inaugural programme, the school had parents and teachers meet.
