Mokokchung to host table tennis championship in October

DIMAPUR—  The Nagaland Table Tennis Association (NTTA) has informed that the 26th Inter-District and State Table Tennis Championship 2023 will be held from October 24 to 26 in Mokokchung.

According to a press note by NTTA, the categories for the tournament are men’s singles and doubles; women’s singles and doubles; youth boys singles and doubles (under 19); youth girls singles and doubles (under 19); sub junior boys singles (under 15); sub junior girls singles (under 15); veteran singles and doubles (40 years and above); men’s team championship; and women’s team championship.

Furthermore, it informed players that in order to transfer from any district table tennis association that is affiliated with the NTTA, a player must obtain no objection certificates from both the transferor district table tennis association and the transferee district table tennis association, as well as the NTTA.
