Kenguruse Memorial Football Tournament: Lengreng FC, Head Hunters FC seal semifinal berths

Kohima, Nov. 19 (EMN): Lengreng FC (Peren) and Head Hunters FC (164 TA) entered into the semifinals of the ongoing 6th Capt. (Late) N Kenguruse, MVC (P) Memorial Football Tournament on Saturday at IG Stadium in Kohima.

Playing the third quarter-final match, Lengreng FC edged past Longpa Lomuden FC (Mokokchung) with a margin of 3-1 to win their semi-final berth.

In the fourth quarter-final match, Head Hunters FC trounced Phusachoudu FC (Phek) 4-1 to enter the semifinals.

Tehok FC (Mon) will play against Barak FC (Peren) in the first semi-final match at 11 am while Lengreng FC will clash with Head Hunters FC in the second semi-final match at 1 pm on November 21.
