Dimapur, Jan. 28 (EMN): Longding Battalion of IGAR (North) under Spear Corps distributed 35 Water Tanks under Operation Sadhbhavna to 10 remote villages of Longding district in Arunachal Pradesh on Jan. 27.
The project was aimed at reducing the hardships faced by the villagers due to water shortage in dry season by augmenting their water storage capacity, a press release informed.
The locals expressed gratitude towards the security forces for executing the project to address the basic need of the villagers.
