Ingredients:
Tree tomato,
Local grown onion,
Dry meat (beef),
King Chili (Naga Mirch),
Naga Basil and
Salt to taste
Instruction:
1. First soak the dry meat (2 medium size) in warm water to remove the smoke and burnt layers.
2. Chop the tree tomato (one piece), chop local onion (about 10), and chop one piece of raja mirchaand the Naga basil.
3. Chop the meat (the smaller the better.)
4. Put 500 ml of water in a pot and boil the meat for about 10 mins. (Add salt according to taste)
5. Add the tomato and local onion and continue boiling with lid closed until the tomato is completely cooked.
6. Then add the raja Mircha and stir it for about 2 minutes. Close the lid and boil it for about 5 mins.
Sprinkle Naga Basil over the soup for a minty touch.
