Travala announces support for Shiba Inu as payment option
Dimapur, Dec. 8 (EMN): Australian blockchain-based travel company Travala on Tuesday announced that it will now accept Shiba Inu as payment on their website.
Users can now use Shiba Inu to book over 3 million travel products worldwide on the Travala website after the popular cryptocurrency won a Twitter poll organised by the company. Shiba Inu won the battle against Floki Inu after the former managed to accumulate 69% of the total votes.
Travala congratulated Shiba Inu supporters for winning the token war against Floki Inu and subsequently went on to say that Shib had been officially added as another payment option on its platform.

Travala has always been a strong cryptocurrency supporter and it already supports more than 40 popular cryptocurrencies on its platform including Shiba Inu’s rival meme coin, Dogecoin which it added in early May 2021.
On the other hand, Shiba Inu has been leading the headlines in the cryptocurrency space unlike it’s rival coin, Dogecoin. In November, major US theatre chain AMC theatres announced that they would be accepting Shib as a payment option. At the same time, online retailer Newegg also announced that it would accept Shiba Inu as payment on its platform. Besides that, crypto exchanges Kraken and Gemini also added support for Shib while unofficial rumours suggest Robinhood might make a similar announcement.
At the time of writing this article, Shiba Inu’s value was at INR 0.002954 according to WazirX.
