101 new Covid-19 cases recorded in Nagaland; tally increases to 14451

Dimapur, May 3 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 101 new Covid-19 positive cases on Monday, pushing the state’s active caseload to 1584 and tally to 14451.

The minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, updated that out of the 101 new cases detected in the last 24 hours, 77 were in Dimapur, 11 in Kohima, four in Mon, three each in Mokokchung and Zunheboto, two in Longleng and one in Peren.

He added that 30 patients — 26 in Dimapur, three in Mokokchung and one in Kohima – recovered during the same period.

The state has also registered 12325 recoveries so far.
