Nagaland Covid-19 update: 94 fresh cases detected; tally at 10460

Dimapur, Nov. 19 (EMN): Ninety-four fresh Covid-19 cases were detected on Thursday, pushing the caseload in Nagaland to 10,460 so far.
Out of the 94 new cases, 58 were traced contacts, 22 frontline workers, 10 armed forces/police personnel and 4 returnees/travellers.
As per the Health department’s daily data, Nagaland currently has 1292 active Covid-19 cases. It has also recorded 54 fatalities, out of which six have been declared ‘not Covid-related’.
Out of the 1292 active cases, 1250 are asymptomatic, 19 are mild cases, 14 moderate cases on oxygen and three severe cases on oxygen. Another six cases are in critical condition, out of which four are without oxygen and two on ventilator.
As per the segregation of cases, out of the total 10,460 detections, 4293 (45%) are armed forces/police personnel, 3917 (29%) are traced contacts, 1751 (21%) are returnees/travellers and 499 (5%) are frontline workers.
