Nagaland bye-poll: Covid-19 patients, senior citizens, PwDs caste vote

Dimapur, Oct. 29 (EMN): District Election Officer of Kohima Mohammed Ali Shihab A on Thursday informed that following the instructions given by the Election Commission of India, senior citizens, people with disabilities (PwDs) and Covid-19 positive persons casted their votes through postal ballots on October 28 and the 29th for the bye-election to the 14-Southern Angami-I assembly constituency.

Polling officials along with security visited the electors at the address mentioned in their application form and facilitated the electors to cast their votes.
