Dimapur, Oct. 29 (EMN): As part of the ongoing crackdown on illegal activities in Nagaland, security forces seized Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and arrested three persons in Botsa on October 29.
A defence release stated that the seizure was made during an operation based on specific intelligence inputs regarding illegal activities in general area of Botsa.
The troops recovered 18 cases of rum and whisky, and five cases of kingfisher beer worth an approximate INR 1,06,650, along with one Maruti Suzuki and one Mahindra Bolero.
It added that the apprehended persons along with recovered items were handed over to Chiepobozou police station for further investigation.
