Dimapur, Sep. 30 (EMN): Following the detection of Covid-19 positive case and to take effective measures to prevent the spread of the virus, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan on Wednesday ordered temporary sealing of V Sema Motors, Golaghat road, Dimapur, with immediate effect till further order.
The DC informed that any person violating the containment measures will be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51-60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005 besides legal action under Section 188 of the IPC.
