Aizawl, Sep. 21 (PTI): Mizoram Excise and Narcotics department’s Anti Narcotic squad seized 82 gm of heroin, worth around Rs 3 lakh and arrested three persons here, a department spokesman today said.
The contraband was reportedly smuggled from Myanmar via border district of Champhai, the spokesman said.Three persons were arrested under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the spokesman added.
